About the Role
We are looking for a delivery-focused and experienced Senior Project Manager who can quickly become a trusted point of contact for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of client onboarding, CRM migration, customisation and product enhancement projects — ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects — from discovery and scoping through to migration, configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-launch support — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Work closely with the Product Director, Technical Leads, and Client Services to define project scope, build detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery execution across client and core product workstreams
• Lead scoping calls, discovery workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with clients; translate discussions into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and delivery plans
• Create and maintain lean, efficient deployment and migration plans — including phased and bigbang migration approaches — with clear milestones, risks, and dependencies mapped out
• Track project progress against plan, proactively identify risks and blockers, and drive resolution through the right stakeholders; maintain RAID logs, status reports, and minutes of meetings
• Coordinate across development, QA, design, and client teams to ensure timely delivery of features, customisations, and integrations; chair stand-ups, sprint reviews, and steering calls
• Manage change requests and scope variations — assess impact on cost, timeline, and resources, and secure approvals before execution
• Be the voice of the customer within the delivery function — capture feedback, resolve escalations, and work with Product and Engineering to convert insights into scalable product enhancements
• Analyse project data, understand delivery trends and patterns, and think creatively to improve delivery velocity, quality, and client satisfaction
• Manage client expectations with clear, proactive communication — provide regular status updates, demo progress, and ensure clients are informed at every stage of the engagement
• Ensure sound decision-making that balances business goals, client commitments, and cost effectiveness across all projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, templates, and governance frameworks across the delivery organization
Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of strong Project Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering SaaS / CRM implementation, migration, or customisation projects (experience in CRM platforms strongly preferred)
• Experience in handling Govt Projects
• Demonstrable experience running end-to-end client onboarding programmes — including discovery, scoping, data migration, configuration, UAT, and go-live
• Strong hands-on experience producing project artefacts: project plans, BRDs, SOWs, RAID logs, status reports, minutes of meetings, and UAT sign-off documents
• Excellent time and project management skills — ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects and deliver on timelines working with distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to align internal teams (engineering, product, design, sales, support) and external clients around priorities, timelines, and trade-offs, and communicate delivery decisions with clarity
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of engagements end-to-end, and thrive in a fastpaced, client-facing environment
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. generative AI, LLM-based assistants, AI-driven analytics) to accelerate project delivery, documentation, and status reporting
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and wireframing tools
• Working knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the judgement to apply the right approach per engagement
• Proficiency in English communication skills — both verbal and written
• Comfortable with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs / Sheets
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus
