1. Employee Code of Conduct

  • 1.1 The code of conduct of the company designs expectations and act as a guiding principle to promote appropriate behaviour at the workplace. Some of our policies provide ethical and legal guidelines for relationships between employees, people we support, stakeholders and suppliers.
  • 1.2 The handbook of our company and company policies clearly mentions the code of our conduct that sets clear expectations in the behaviour of employees or anyone else representing the company.
  • 1.3 All of our actions while operating within the business and community must be maintained at the higher standard.

2. Recruitment and Selection Policy

All of our employees involved in recruitment and selection follow impartial criteria, free from discrimination at every stage.

4. Due Diligence

  • 4.1 Our organisation practice due diligence to ensure no one in the organisation is subject to modern slavery.
  • 4.2 To support this cause, Senior Management of the company has all the relevant experience on the same and regularly takes part in inappropriate training.

5. Supply Chain

  • 5.1 In order to keep the organisation’s supply chain free from modern slavery, and human trafficking, the company takes the following steps to keep the supply chain reputable:

  • We only work with suppliers who can verify that their businesses can demonstrate the assessment of risk, method statement, and the appropriate insurance for their business.
