About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of CRM implementation and client onboarding projects. This is a remote-first role; however, the candidate must be willing and available to travel to client locations in Navi Mumbai for on-site meetings, workshops, go-live support, and key project milestones. Internal team collaboration is fully remote. You will work alongside senior delivery leads and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of CRM onboarding and implementation projects — from initial discovery and scoping through to configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-launch handover

• Assist in building and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and flagging risks or blockers to the delivery lead in a timely manner

• Participate in client calls, requirement-gathering sessions, and workshops; take accurate notes and help translate discussions into clear project documentation

• Help create and maintain project artefacts including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), RAID logs, status reports, minutes of meetings, and UAT sign-off documents

• Assist in translating client requirements into clear BRDs and FRDs; collaborate with design teams to support the creation of wireframes and basic UI mockups that align with functional specifications

• Coordinate with internal teams — development, QA, design, and support — to track task progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately and keeping all parties informed at each stage

• Support change request tracking — document scope variations and assist in assessing impact on timelines and resources

• Assist in managing client expectations through proactive communication and regular progress updates • Maintain accurate project records and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery templates and processes

• Leverage basic AI and productivity tools to assist with documentation, scheduling, and status reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of project management or coordination experience, with hands-on involvement in at least one CRM implementation or onboarding project

• Demonstrable understanding of CRM platforms and how implementation projects are structured — from discovery through go-live

• Experience supporting end-to-end client onboarding — including data gathering, configuration tracking, UAT coordination, and go-live preparation

• Familiarity with project artefacts such as project plans, BRDs, FRDs, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting minutes

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) — ability to capture client needs and translate them into structured documentation

• Exposure to wireframing tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, or similar) to support the creation of basic UI mockups and screen flows in collaboration with design teams

• Good organisational and time management skills — able to manage tasks across multiple workstreams and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with both internal teams and external clients

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi — both verbal and written — is mandatory

• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations in Navi Mumbai for on-site meetings, workshops, and go-live support as required

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms

• Basic understanding of delivery methodologies — Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid

• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and thrive in a client-facing environment

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to follow the company's operating protocols

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus but not required

• Excellent team player with a proactive and positive attitude
