We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Project Manager who can quickly become a trusted advisor for our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects with a focus on CRM and CMS solutioning.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and high client satisfaction.
Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present solution approaches to clients.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, testers, and stakeholders) to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
Drive project planning, execution, and reporting while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, processes, and documentation.
Foster strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and solution-driven approaches.
Identify opportunities to develop new features for improved user experience.
Create lean and efficient deployment plans.
Collaborate closely with Product teams to align with product roadmaps.
Analyse data, identify trends/patterns, and think creatively to drive adoption of products.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on technology solutioning.
Strong expertise in CRM and CMS platforms.
Proven experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and solutioning.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate project teams.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframing tools, and Gantt chart-based planning.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Comfortable with MS Office, Google Docs, and Sheets.
Meticulous in following operating protocols.
