Who you are?
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive strategy to execution for Optimiser Platform. This person will partner closely with engineering and product leadership around the globe to build outstanding AI platform services. He/She will collaborate with the Client service team on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics. The Project Lead drives the requirement gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes: risk and impact analyses, “as is” and “to be” process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution. The Project Lead reviews technical solutions for compliance to business processes and objectives. Project Lead may contribute to UI / UX, solution designs, testing plans and execution, as well as involve in training, solving and review the project management aspects to address business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform all the usual platform project management responsibilities such as:
- Develop a keen understanding of the needs of your clients
- Build a strong product strategy and roadmap to address those needs, in concern with your product management and engineering colleagues
- Drive execution against your plan along-with your engineering team
- Partner with various solution teams to evaluate how to best leverage integration expertise to meet evolving business requirements and information needs.
- Understand, analyse, and translate business and marketing requirements into functional requirements, supporting documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive feature assessment, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and documentation
- Develop and own user stories and acceptance criteria that represent the requirements provided by the business
- Partner with the development manager, testing team to remove any blockers for the team
- Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and conform to enterprise and architecture standards and guidelines.
- Partner with the product support team to deliver training, support and technical assistance to the operation team and end users.
- Contribute and establish standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Refined expertise in solutioning product changes, as per client’s needs
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Project/ Product Management
- Experience as a Project Manager at multinational tech companies, delivering successful projects across multiple time zones will be preferred.
- Consistent track record to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams to complete a plan.
- Well-developed coordination skill within different teams to efficiently deliver the project on time
- Experience addressing task priorities, team sentiments and handling critical customer issues.
- Experience with big data technologies, analytic platforms, and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience in CMS preferred
- Experience in tools for managing requirements like JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence
- Should be flexible in work timings
