Now Transfer Workflow and Pipeline Ownership in your Optimiser Platform
Optimiser has recently introduced Transfer ownership to its Workflow Automation module. With this, the team now has the flexibility to transfer ownership of rules and workflow created from one Optimiser user to another. Similar to how the feature works in Pipeline, Accounts, Marketing and others, the system stores the history of activities. Now when one user is unavailable, the entire task can be transferred to another user with its history.
